Membership in RUSI(NS) is open to serving and retired members of the Canadian Armed Forces and RCMP, as well as other interested individuals.
Members:
• receive briefings and participate in discussions on pertinent defence, security, and related issues.
• take part in tours, seminars, and other RUSI(NS) supported activities.
• enjoy use of military messes and facilities for RUSI(NS) meetings and social activities in the Halifax area, and visiting privileges at the other institutes across Canada.

The current membership fee is $25.00 paid upon joining or annually in December. For serving members of the Canadian Armed Forces and the RCMP, first year membership is free.
